Meet Brad Flanagan 

Brad entered the mortgage industry in 2005, immediately following his service with the Army under the 25th Infantry Division in Afghanistan. With a deep passion for serving the military community, Brad has incorporated the Army's Seven Core Values—Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage—into his business approach. He is licensed as a Residential Mortgage Licensee in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Texas, and Nebraska.

Brad believes the application process serves as a crash course in personal finance and feels it is his duty to educate consumers. He honors clients by offering a consultative approach, working to find the program that best fits their needs while also providing valuable financial information to help them achieve their overall goals.

Brad strives to be more than just a service provider; he aims to become a friend to his clients, prioritizing relationships and maintaining integrity above all else.

When he’s not working, Brad finds joy in spending time with his family. If he could ride a motorcycle every day, he would! While traveling, he’s torn between hiking in Colorado and lounging on a beach. Brad still calls Chicago home, where his family resides. Always eager to learn something new and build meaningful relationships, Brad encourages people to reach out.
